We welcome you to our school! Preliminary registration requires only the Registration Application, as well as a $45.00 application fee. Once we have confirmed your enrollment, you will receive further information, and will be asked to complete the Teacher's Record, Health Certificate, and Safe Child Form before classes begin.
Tuition Rates, Fees & Policies
Tuition is determined by the age of the student, whether a parent will be participating in the classroom, annual/installment payment choice, and if there are siblings attending. Please download the tuition rate matrix and additional forms to be completed below:
Tuition is to be paid as follows:
- A non-refundable $200.00 installment due on April 1st ; and
- the balance payable in three equal installments due August 1st, November 1st and February 1st. In the alternative, tuition can be paid in full (minus the $200 April 1st payment) on August 1st. (Students whose parents choose the latter option will receive O.P. Co-op t-shirt and tote bag.)
- Please note that the $200 deposit consists of $150 that will be applied toward the annual tuition cost, along with a $50 volunteer commitment fee (collected up front) that will be refunded back to you after satisfying your volunteer requirement with the school. As such, when calculating cost of annual tuition, please assume that only $150 of the deposit is being applied to the annual tuition cost.
